All of you who attended the bar meet, Thank you !
What we need now is your thoughts, ideas, criticisms and options on what you think of the format
Please be up front and honest, and please know if we don’t implement the changes you suggest, it will not be because we didn’t read it and give it full consideration.

Some questions
* How was the food/service ?
* Was the live music a plus or a minus ?
* How was the hotel ?
* Were then drink prices reasonable ?

* Was the walk to the bar to the hotel;

e No longer than from the parking lot to the presidential room at Executive plaza

(Keep in mind Spring, summer is coming)

Some thoughts we have has already….
* Now that players pub knows we can fill that side room, have them reserve it all just for us
* Having the two Jacuzzi rooms for open play was nice, but perhaps get ONE jacuzzi room and one with two queens to increase play space
* Registration in the BAR as opposed to the hotel (we would have to figure out logistics)

Any suggestions you may have will be considered and greatly appreciated

How was the food/service ? The pizza was decent. Not the best pizza I’ve had, but not horrible. Talking to the person next to me (I think his name was Tom), he would give it a 6 or 7, if I remember correctly.

Was the live music a plus or a minus ? No comment, as I wasn’t there for much of it. Also, the location of live music wasn’t near “our” area, so if people wanted to watch / listen, they may have had to move out of “our” area, which shouldn’t be an issue.
* How was the hotel ? Seemed like a fairly standard Super 8. I’m not sure how they set-up the blocks, and I didn’t call ahead, but I was one 2nd floor at one end of building and know others were on the 3rd floor at the other end, and then the play rooms were both first floor. I think it may have been better if we could have had a block on the first floor, and the blocks on top on 2nd & 3rd. So, for instance, we would have 125, 225, 325.

Were the drink prices reasonable ? They seemed fairly normal. I had a Sam Adams draught & a shot of Jager and it was $9 before tip.

I know I went back and forth a few times, and it wasn’t too bad. But there may be others who checked in at hotel, then went to bar, then returned to hotel & stayed there, as opposed to going back & forth. Once the weather warms up, people may be more likely to walk back & forth.

Other:
I think one jacuzzi room was a smoking room & the other wasn’t. As a non-smoker, the smoking one didn’t seem to have much smoke, which was nice. However, some people may have allergies to cigarette smoke (or just not like the smell), so if we have smoking & non-smoking, it might be good to clearly mark them as such.

Becky you and Cos chose a nice place for the Meet and Greet. It was nice for a Friday night I did not think the walk was far.
The pizza was good and the music was good to. It would of been nice to have our room reserved where the band was Playing. My room was on the 2nd floor I was lucky it had a Frig no extra charge! They had elevators a great convenience after long night of fun. made new friends the Pizza was good to.

It will be better when the weather gets warm. Thankful we didn’t have Last Years SNOW!!
